Subscription Policy

📦 1. Subscription Overview

Customers can subscribe to NAD on a recurring schedule (e.g., every 30 days), depending on the selected supply. Subscriptions automatically renew until canceled.

By placing your monthly recurring order of NAD, you will be charged $39.99 now and every 30 days thereafter until you cancel your subscription. You will receive an electronic notification 5 to 7 days prior to your transaction and a receipt after each successful transaction.

💳 2. Billing & Renewal

  • Automatic billing takes place on the renewal date using the stored payment method—without manual intervention .

  • Subscribers receive a confirmation email at purchase and before each renewal.

  • Prices and billing frequency are clearly displayed and confirmed prior to checkout. Any changes mid-cycle are prorated automatically

🚫 3. Failed Payment Handling

  • We attempt up to 2 retries for failed payments, with email prompts to update billing info.

  • If unrecoverable, the subscription pauses automatically until payment is resolved.

🔄 4. Plan Changes

Subscribers can upgrade, downgrade, or skip shipments anytime via their account portal. Changes adjust the next billing date and shipping cycle accordingly.

❌ 5. Cancellation & Pausing

  • Cancel or pause anytime before the next billing date to halt future charges; no penalties involved.

  • Access is available through your portal, with email confirmations sent post-cancellation.

📋 6. Terms & Changes

  • You may update subscription terms (e.g., billing, frequency, pricing); changes apply to renewals only and will be notified 30 days in advance.

  • Subscribers who disagree can cancel before the next cycle.
